Campbell Kane CEO Ian Henry used the opportunity to introduce the estate management team, headed by newly appointed Estate Manager Cassie Northwood. With her partner Steve Peel and Supkit “Kit” Jamrasmee, The Cape’s Client Service Representative, Cassie will be working on expanding the concierge offering”, he explained.

He noted that Cassie and her team will be working with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) who have now taken responsibility for managing the estate and the villas. JLL is creating a website that will be used to track all villa owner requests and issues, he added, requesting that owners use the website to rate services provided to them.

Mr Henry also announced that construction work by Samcon has begun on the Club House at The Cape and is expected to be complete within six months.

One of the owners at the get-together said, “We’ll be living here full time from July this year. We love the people, the climate, the scenery, the food and the sea. The Cape is very special: location, location and location, plus the architecture!”

Another owner said, “This gathering’s a good idea. It gives us the chance to get to know some of our neighbours and the people from the management team. It’s nice to put faces to the names of some of the people we’ve corresponded with. I look forward to doing this again.”

His wife agreed. “I think it really helps to create a sense of community. It makes me feel more at home.”
